SHIPPING POLICY
1.客人付清所有商品費用後，三重師奶始會安排出貨。
2.客人需負責繳付所有郵寄費用，包括相關税項(如適用)。
3.商品以順豐到付方式發貨。
6.其他地區訂單，三重師奶會與客人另行溝通，確保商品寄運無誤。
7.凡投遞香港以外地區，請與三重師奶聯絡，安排寄運方法。

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
訂單取消
1. 客人如需消訂單，請盡早以電郵通知。如果相關商品尚未寄出，三重師奶 將以電郵回覆確認訂單已取消並安排退款(如貨款已付)。
2. 如果相關商品已經寄出，訂單不能取消。
Cancellation policy
1. If the customer want to cancel the order, customer please email to C9Mie. If the products not ship yet, C9mie will confirm by return email about the order cancellation. Refund will be arranged accordingly if the payment of the order completed.
2. If the products have been shipped, the purchased order cannot cancel.
商品退回
若非我們的產品品質出現問題，所有已售寄出産品皆不設退回。顧客敬請僅慎填寫購買訂單。
Return policy
Food, beverage and alcohol are not returnable or replaceable unless defective or damaged. No return of shipped goods is allowed. Customer please be careful to fill in the purchasing order.
